Air Compressor Condensate Filters

In most locales, safe disposal of condensate is required by law. This oil/water mixture is classified as hazardous waste and cannot be discharged into municipal wastewater systems unless the oil and contaminants are removed. Kaeser condensate disposal systems provide effective compliance with environmental regulations.

Aquamat i.CF condensate filters

The Kaeser i.CF condensate filter actively separates and filters the oil from the compressor condensate. The i.CF features the AQUAMAT CONTROL unit which intelligently controls the condensate separation process to effectively operate and monitor the unit. The filter cartridges are compact and ergonomic for trouble-free replacement. Units are available up to 3300 scfm.

Condensate manifold

The Kaeser Condensate Manifold (KCM) is a small vessel that collects condensate from multiple sources and safely diffuses residual air pressure to maximize moisture separation with any condensate filter.
