Stephen Horne is the Product Manager for blower and vacuum products at Kaeser Compressors, Inc. and has over 20 years’ experience with the design and function of blower systems in wastewater aeration applications. In addition to being the primary instructor for blower products and applications in Kaeser’s Factory Certified Training program, Stephen is a frequent public speaker and writer on topics related to improving performance and efficiency of blowers in wastewater systems. Stephen plays an active role in the Compressed Air and Gas Institute’s (CAGI) project to develop performance testing and reporting standards for blowers and low pressure compressors. Currently, he serves on the Blower and Vacuum section that heads that effort. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University.
