To obtain a detailed, accurate picture of your compressed air demand and system dynamics, we install a variety of instruments and sensors customized to your unique system. Since you pay for kWh, we measure kilowatts — not amps — to give the most accurate cost calculation. Our approach creates a complete picture of system activity — including leaks, which are often most apparent during off-peak production periods.

Using our proprietary Air Demand Analysis (ADA) software, we generate precise consumption profiles of your system, allowing us to determine your actual air demand – throughout all operating sectors and at different loads.

ADA 2

We install the measuring device at your location – on a rental basis, typically for ten days.

An optocoupler ensures trouble-free data transfer to the ADA data-logger, which records compressor load/idle information. In addition, four pressure transducers are provided in order to measure pressure at a multitude of locations in order to generate a pressure profile of your facility.

The measuring system are suitable for all compressors, even frequency regulated compressors. These measurement devices, coupled with optional devices such as flow meters and kW meters, can provide a complete picture of your compressed air system.

Installed on a rental basis, the ADA 20 continuously records the airflow by measuring the pressure differential.

The information stored in the data-logger forms the basis for effective system optimization.

The ADA 30 is permanently installed in the air distribution network and its data can be called up at any time via the measurement data processor.

SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0 master controller , allows the continuous measurement of the load/idle performance, duty cycle, and power consumption of every compressor.

All compressed air information can be viewed via a web browser on a standard PC and exported for operational compressed air controlling. This data can also be used to perform detailed compressed air audits, as well as provide for energy management certification in accordance with ISO 50001.
