Compressed air dryers

 

Compressed air contains water vapor. As this air travels through compressed air piping it cools and the vapor condenses into liquid condensate.  This condensate increases maintenance requirements and affects product quality. Kaeser offers a wide range of efficient compressed air dryers. Select the dryer that best meets the specific application requirements by evaluating air quality, pressure dew point and delivery volume.

Kryosec Refrigerated (Non-cycling) Dryers

Models: TAH 5 to TCH 45
Flow capacity: 12 to 159 cfm (compressors up to 40 hp)

Kryosec refrigerated dryers provide dependable drying in ambient temperatures up to 122 °F and ensure high efficiency performance through their low maintenance design and the minimal pressure loss heat exchanger system.


Secotec refrigerated cycling dryers

Models: TA 5 up to TF 340
Flow capacity: 20-1060 scfm at 100 psig

These energy-saving refrigeration dryers provide a minimum pressure dew point of 38°F. The Secotec TF series includes Sigma Control Smart controller as well as the SecoPack LS system.

KED externally heat regenerative desiccant dryers in standard configuration produce dew points as low as -4°F. When equipped with the optional “Purge Booster” they will produce dew points as low as -40°F. KED Heated purge dryers provide excellent energy savings by using only 7% process (purge) air for regeneration.
