This instrument is quickly and easily installed for ten working days. The measurement procedure is the similar for all compressors including those with variable speed drive. Devices including optocouplers, flow meters, and kW meters transfer information from the compressor to the data logger. Based on the recorded flow, pressure, and power consumption, a complete air system profile is created. KESS allows trained representatives to interpret and evaluation of the logged data, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.

 | Audits with SAM
Sigma Air Manager (SAM), combined with the optional Sigma Air Control plus software, continuously measures and displays load-idle status, duty cycle and power consumption for each compressor in the air system. System pressure and air consumption is also displayed and recorded. Recorded information can be recalled and displayed by any PC with an Internet browser and can be exported for controlling and auditing purposes. With this data Kaeser compressed air specialists can develop a complete air demand profile and system audit, as much of the vital information has already been obtained.
