Omega-paK
Kaeser's Omega-paK rotary lobe blower packages are factory-designed and built for specific job and application requirements. These complete packages feature our two-lobe Omega blowers and a premium efficiency motor, pre-mounted on a sturdy
frame with inlet and discharge silencers, automatic V-belt tensioner, and anti-vibration pads. Omega-paK packages arrive completely assembled and "ready to install."

Easy maintenance
Wide-opening access doors provide access for routine maintenance work. The sound enclosure's side panels are also removable to provide additional access. Blower packages with sound enclosures are simple to transport and can be delivered on
skids suitable for fork lift trucks

Premium efficiency motors
Premium efficiency, TEFC drive motors are EPAct compliant. Optional motor enclosures and voltages are available.

Automatic belt tensioning
The pivoting motor base and tension spring automatically apply the correct V-belt tension for excellent transmission efficiency. The visual indicator prevents overtensioning to extend belt, pulley and bearing life.

Simple maintenance
Drain valves with gasketed caps mounted on the front, just inside the access door, simplify oil changes.

Low noise emission
The inlet and discharge silencers are highly effective over the entire speed range. This is especially important on variable speed blower packages.

Separate cooling fan
An independently driven cooling fan ventilates the sound enclosure to ensure adequate cooling under all conditions and extending component service life.

Cooling air flow
The optional sound enclosure features a cooling air opening directly adjacent to the drive motor for effective cooling and optimum efficiency - even under maximum load conditions. The inlet and outlet cooling air openings are fitted with
foam-filled silencing covers.
