The SX, SM, SK and AS T Series
The SX, SM, SK and AS T series compressors are reliable and efficient. The integral refrigerated dryer provides high quality compressed air from one compact package. The air compressor and refrigeration dryer are housed in separate, modular cabinets for easy access to all maintenance points.
Ready for operation
The refrigerated dryer module is attached to and receives its power from the main compressor cabinet - providing easy, single point hook-up. All units are piped and wired, and ready to go. The individual cabinets help prevents the heat of compression from affecting dryer performance. |

Kaeser's power-saving, proprietary airend design delivers pressures up to 217 psig. Our newly designed airends are precision-machined to close tolerances and optimized in size and profile to match the low airend speeds with their best specific performance. Manufactured according to strict quality standards and supported by precision-aligned roller bearings, these airends guarantee long operational life and outstanding reliability.

Sigma Control Basic
Kaeser's Sigma Control Basic, a simplified, PLC-based controller, is a simple and reliable interface. It offers convenient pressure control and system monitoring with status display and maintenance reminders. Displays include discharge pressure and temperature, load and service hours as well as fault indicators. It is the perfect solution for single unit installations with straightforward control requirements.

 | Automatic belt tensioning
A ribbed single belt drive efficiently transfers power from motor to airend. Kaeser's unique automatic tensioning device maintains proper tension to maximize energy efficiency, prolong belt life, and simplify routine maintenance. The belt tension can easily be verified through a window in the service panel.

Integrated design
Power for the integral refrigerated dryer is provided through the main cabinet. This compact compressor / dryer package is completely piped, wired and ready for installation. All components are easily accessible to simplify maintenance.

A highly efficient moisture separator with electronic Eco-Drain safely and reliably removes all liquid condensate generated by the aftercooler. This function is constantly monitored by the Sigma Control system.
