Sigma Air Manager reads and coordinates the functions of indivdual
compressors. This comprehensive data
exchange between the master controller and the internal
compressor controller provides complete and reliable air
system management.

Logically structured menus are displayed in plain
text. The graphic display has a resolution of 240 x
128 pixels. Pre-assigned function keys simplify
parameter settings. Any one of 30 languages, including Chinese and
Japanese, can be chosen.

 | Pressure band control
Sigma Air Manager provides demand-related pressure band control and maintains the lowest possible system pressure to ± 2 psig. Avoiding overpressurization provides significant energy savings and helps reduce leakage losses.

 | Sigma Air Control basic
Sigma Air Manager presents information in easy-to-read HTML reports through the standard Sigma Air Control basic software. Current operational data, equipment status, and maintenance and alarm messages can be viewed using any
sstandard Internet browser.

The optional Sigma Air Control plus software system stores data and makes it available for later use. Graphic displays of system pressure, air consumption, load/idle, compressor utilization and power consumption profiles over a long
period of time allow easy reporting and long term trend analysis.
