Kaeser Compressors, Inc., one of the largest and most successful suppliers of air systems, is seeking an individual that has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of Sales Representative for our San Antonio territory.
Sales Representative - San Antonio, Texas
Candidates should live within the territory as no relocation expenses will be granted.
The selected candidate will:
- Be responsible for professionally representing Kaeser at all times
- Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems
- Call on end-customers and OEMs in the territory to promote and sell Kaeser products and services
- Establish sub-distributors
- Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools
- Reach and maintain sales goals
The successful candidate’s background will include:
- 3 - 5 years outside sales experience of industrial capital equipment, preferably compressed air or similar capital equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with prospecting experience
- Proven time/territorial management skills and with verifiable sales successes
- Clean Driving Record (required)
- PC literate, specifically MS Products, Word, Excel (required)
- College degree or equivalent work experience
